How does it work?
360 Practice Development is a one year program that includes the following:
• We start with an extensive discovery planning session to identify strengths, challenges and goals as well as the key performance indicators specific to your practice.
• Your practice is analyzed using the Henry Schein Practice Analysis program to identify areas of opportunity, enhancement, and refinement.
• We provide access to abundant resources, concepts and ideas intended to enhance your practice workflow, efficiency and job satisfaction.
• You'll receive ongoing coaching and interaction with dental professionals that have the experience and training necessary to help you transform your practice.

- - 2 sessions with Jim Philhower the Director of North America Dental Sales Leadership and Development for Henry Schein Dental.
